MicroBids is operated by Intrepid Soft LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using MicroBids, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business whose information you provide.

Drafting assistance, not advice

MicroBids helps you find government notices, understand requirements and prepare draft bid materials. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, accounting or procurement advice. It is independent and is not affiliated with SAM.gov or any government agency.

You review and submit

You must read the full solicitation, attachments and amendments, check every requirement and deadline, and review every section of your bid before submitting. You alone submit bids and are solely responsible for their accuracy, completeness, legality, pricing and content. MicroBids does not submit anything to an agency for you. AI output can contain errors, omissions or unsupported assumptions; source links and reviews do not replace your own checks.

No guarantee

We do not guarantee that a notice is complete or current, that a draft meets every requirement, that an agency will accept a bid, or that you will win an award. The service is provided as available and, to the extent allowed by law, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Plans, trials and renewal

Founding member pricing is $49 per month for MicroBids Briefs and $149 per month for MicroBids Drafting, which includes 5 drafts per billing period. Both subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial and require a card. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe charges the stated monthly price and the subscription renews automatically each month. Any applicable taxes are additional. An optional Deep-dive bid review costs $199 one-time and grants 1 review credit. Free accounts can preview up to 3 matches with briefs and try 1 draft total.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime through Manage billing in Settings. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current trial or paid period, and access continues until then. We do not refund partial months or unused subscription allowances, except where law requires otherwise. For a disputed or accidental one-time review purchase, contact [support email]; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Draft allowances do not carry over. If payment fails, paid access continues for 3 days, then falls back to the free account until payment is resolved.

Acceptable use and your content

Keep your account credentials secure. Provide truthful business information, and upload only material you have the right to use. Do not submit fraudulent bids, impersonate others, access another customer's data, overload or attack the service, evade limits, or upload classified or restricted information. You retain your rights in your content and give us permission to process it to provide the service, including through AI providers. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten security.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Intrepid Soft LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, missed deadlines or lost awards. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid MicroBids during the 12 months before the claim. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

Account deletion and service changes

You can export your data and delete your account in Settings. Deletion ends your account and cancels any connected subscription; save your bid materials first. Stripe may retain legally required payment records. We may update the service and these terms. Material pricing or term changes will be communicated before taking effect where required.

Governing law and contact
