MicroBids is operated by Intrepid Soft LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy describes the information we collect and use.

What we collect

We collect account details such as your email, business profile details, licences and certifications you enter, past work, saved contracts, bid content, review results and usage records. We also receive payment status, subscription details and billing identifiers from Stripe. Stripe processes your payments; we do not store card numbers.

How we use information

We use this information to run your account, match government notices to your business, prepare briefs and draft bids, track your deadlines, manage billing, protect the service and respond to requests. We use public government opportunity and award data from sources such as SAM.gov and USAspending.gov. Public data may contain errors or change after we retrieve it.

AI processing

When you request a brief, draft or review, the relevant solicitation text, profile details, past work and bid content may be processed by our AI service providers. Do not enter classified, restricted, confidential third-party or other information you are not allowed to share. AI output can be incomplete or wrong and must be checked against the solicitation.

Who receives information

We share information with service providers that host the service, process payments, support AI processing and help protect the service. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal data. We do not share your private bid packages with government agencies or other customers.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and business data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can export your data and delete your account in Settings, or request deletion at [support email]. Account deletion removes your MicroBids business profile, past work, matches, bid packages and related account records. Stripe may retain payment records as required by law, and secure backups may retain deleted records for a limited operational period. Public government records are not deleted when you delete your account.

Security and your choices

We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. You can update your profile in Settings and ask to access, correct or delete personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We use essential browser storage for sign-in and site operation.

Children and changes

MicroBids is for business owners and is not intended for children under 18. We may update this policy; material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate.
